Verified Operator reads supported payment-source records and presents a narrow claim: an authorised operator of those accounts has processed the revenue shown, over the coverage period shown. Figures describe turnover, not profit.

A profile does not make a statement about a person's character, business quality, teaching ability, financial health, or future results. Tiers are based on finalised verified revenue and can never be purchased.

The product is in active development. Features, supported sources, calculations, availability, and launch dates may change. We may pause or remove a feature to fix errors, protect data, or keep a public claim accurate.

You must provide accurate information, connect only accounts you are authorised to operate, and keep source keys secure. Do not impersonate another person, falsify activity, manipulate payments to create milestones, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or disrupt other users.

You are responsible for checking that public profile settings reflect what you want to publish. You may revoke a source key at its provider or disconnect a source from Verified Operator.

We calculate verified net revenue from successful customer payments minus refunds and lost disputes. Provider fees are ignored. Source records can be delayed, corrected, refunded, disputed, limited by permissions, or available only from a stated date. We show coverage and connection state so readers can understand those limits.

We may correct a figure, milestone, status, or tier when source data changes or a calculation error is found.

If you choose to publish a profile, you allow us to display the profile information, source-derived ranges, milestones, and links you make public. You keep your rights to content you submit. You give us permission to host, format, and display it only as needed to provide and explain the service.

We may restrict or end access for misuse, false information, security risk, legal requirements, or conduct that makes the credential misleading. You may stop using the service at any time. Disconnecting a source freezes the observed history; deletion is handled separately under the privacy policy.

The pre-launch service is provided as available. To the extent the law permits, we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every provider record will be complete. Verified Operator is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date above will change when we do. Material changes will be presented clearly before they apply where required.

When you connect a Shopify store, you instruct Verified Operator to process the limited order and customer data described in our privacy policy to calculate and maintain your revenue record. You remain responsible for your customers’ notices, lawful basis, and instructions. We process that data only for these instructions, service security, and applicable legal obligations.

We limit access to authorised people subject to confidentiality, use encrypted transport and restricted infrastructure, and use service providers for hosting and storage, including Vercel and Supabase. These providers process data for operating the service under their data protection terms. We remain responsible for our handling of your data and do not sell customer information or use it for advertising.

We assist with relevant customer access, correction, and deletion requests and notify you without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting your customer data. Contact hello@verifiedoperator.com for requests, information about safeguards or service providers, or concerns about an instruction. If an instruction conflicts with applicable data protection obligations, we will tell you.

On your verified request or Shopify’s required store-deletion notification, we delete the affected imported records as described in our privacy policy, except information we must retain by law. Connecting the store and continuing with your account accepts this agreement and the privacy policy. You may end processing by disconnecting the store and requesting deletion.
